Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
The following Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Our online shop is exclusively directed at consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business, or professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legally competent partnership that, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of its trade, business, or professional activity.
2. Contracting Parties, Contract Formation, and Correction Options
The purchase contract is concluded with AnYa UG (haftungsbeschränkt).
By placing products in the online shop, we provide a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. You may place our products in your shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided and explained in the ordering process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the shopping cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after placing the order, you will receive a confirmation via email.
3. Contract Language and Storage of the Contract Text
The language(s) available for concluding the contract: German.
We store the contract text in our systems, but it is not accessible to you.
4. Delivery Terms
Delivery Options
Products are shipped to the delivery address specified during the order process.
Delivery is exclusively by shipping. Unfortunately, self-collection of the goods is not possible.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop.
Apple Pay
To pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay, you must use the Safari browser, be registered with Apple Inc., One Apple Park Way, Cupertino, CA 95014, USA (“Apple”), have activated the Apple Pay function, authenticate yourself with your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. Additional details can be found during the ordering process.
Google Pay
To pay the invoice amount via Google Pay, you must be registered with Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”), have activated the Google Pay function, authenticate yourself with your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out immediately after placing the order. Additional details can be found during the ordering process.
PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered with PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (“PayPal”), authenticate yourself with your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction is carried out by PayPal immediately after placing the order. Additional details can be found during the ordering process.
PayPal may offer additional payment methods to selected registered users at its discretion. These additional payment methods depend on your contractual relationship with PayPal, and we have no influence over their availability. Further information can be found in your PayPal account.
6. Retention of Title
The product remains our property until full payment has been made.
7. Transport Damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the delivery agent immediately and contact us without delay. Failure to make a complaint or contact us does not affect your statutory rights, particularly your warranty rights. However, it helps us assert our claims against the carrier or transport insurance.

9. Liabilit
We are fully liable for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents in cases of:
- injury to life, body, or health,
- intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
- agreed guarantees, where applicable, or
- where the scope of the Product Liability Act applies.
For breaches of essential contractual obligations, whose fulfillment enables the proper execution of the contract and upon which the contractual partner regularly relies (so-called cardinal obligations), due to slight negligence by us, our legal representatives, or agents, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for such contracts.
In all other cases, claims for damages are excluded.
10. Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can access https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. We are not obligated or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
